HAND-CRAFTED AND HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN
From Department 56, “Deerfield Airport” Lighted Airport Display is an art deco terminal building with a control tower rising from the roof, rows of windows, some adorned with Christmas wreaths, and melting snow. It features a built-in light that shines through the window openings and the frosted windows of the tower. A large clock with the time set at “5 to 6” greets passengers while framed posters of Santa at the main entrance advises visitors to “Fly Deerfield”. Decorative garland wraps around the entrance giving this piece a nice Christmas touch. Electric cord is 5’ long and has an in-line on/off switch for the light. Airport measures about 8.25”h x 7”l x 4.25”w.
